Your data

Delete your account.

Deleting means deleting. Your records are removed from our systems, not flagged as hidden. Take a backup first if you might want the history back — the export is one tap and it is yours to keep.

In the app

  1. 1. Open WLTH and go to Settings.
  2. 2. Export a JSON backup, if you want one.
  3. 3. Choose Account, then Delete account.
  4. 4. Confirm. That is it.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with. We will confirm before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

  • Every asset and liability you entered, with its full history, notes and settings.
  • Your account record: the identifier from Apple or Google, your email address, and your preferences.
  • Any push token or reminder schedule attached to you.

How long it takes

Your data is removed from our live systems within 30 days of the request, and from encrypted backups within a further 30 days. The copy held on your own device goes when you delete the app.

What we may keep

Records we are required by law to retain — for example, transaction records relating to a subscription — and anonymous aggregate figures that cannot identify you. Nothing else.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a WLTH Pro subscription, because it is billed by Apple or Google rather than by us. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings as well.
